Adrian Farina

Adrian Farina is SVP Marketing for Visa in Europe, heading all brand and product marketing activities for the global leader in payment technology. He started his career in the fast food industry with Pizza Hut leading all direct marketing efforts in Argentina. He then worked in FMCG marketing during a 10-year international career with Procter & Gamble in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Venezuela. In 2008 Adrian moved to the US to join Saatchi & Saatchi X and led the expansion of the Shopper Marketing business in Latin America, working for leading clients including Coca Cola, Procter & Gamble, Cadbury, HP, Diageo and Nestle.

Adrian joined Visa in 2012 as SVP Marketing - Latin America and the Caribbean, leading all marketing efforts including the local activation of the 2014 Brazil World Cup and the 2016 Rio Olympics. In early 2017, he relocated to London - UK, where he leads a team of 70+ marketers across the region. He has been a juror for EFFIE, Festival of Media and Cannes Lions.

Petra Čadež has over 20 years of international experience in the fields of strategy, marketing, brand management, communication and advertising.

She started her career in advertising in Formitas BBDO in Slovenia.

In 2000, she has joined a telco operator Si.mobil as Marketing Communications Director. She has spent the next 16 years in Telekom Austria Group, one of the biggest Telco corporations in CEE, working on top management positions on local markets of Austria, Slovenia, Serbia, Croatia; including a position as Group Brand Director, overseeing brand strategies and operations on 7 European markets.

In 2017 she has joined Atlantic Grupa, one of the leading Food and Distribution companies in the CEE region, as a Marketing Director SBU Savoury spreads.
Petra Čadež is very active in the field of professional development as a lecturer on various events and conferences; she is a member of the supervisory board of the Slovenian Marketing Association and a member of the supervisory board of the Slovenian Advertising Chamber.

In her career, Petra has, with her teams, received numerous awards at national and international level, among them IABC Gold Quill Award and a few Effie Awards.

Claus Adams

Claus Adams is the Chief Executive Officer of Geometry Europe, Middle East and Africa. He brings over 20 years of experience building, transforming and growing blue chip agencies and brands, while inspiring teams to achieve a shared vision. He has worked in Western and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, championing creativity and advocating solutions at the intersection of strategy, content and technology.

Before joining Geometry in 2016 Claus was with Cheil for four years. From 2013 to 2015, he was Chief Operating Officer/SVP Central Eastern Europe (CEE). In 2015 he became Senior Vice President, Cheil DACH in Germany.

From 2002 to 2013, Claus worked at OgilvyAction, now merged with Geometry. For the first six years he was Managing Director, appointed to launch OgilvyPromotions in Germany. From 2008 to 2013, he worked with Memac Ogilvy & Mather (Dubai) as Regional Director charged with setting up the unit in the Middle East and North Africa.

The first nine years of his career saw Claus fast-track at McCann-Erickson, BBDO and boutique agency N.E.N.O.

Claus is based in Düsseldorf, Germany where he lives with his wife and two sons.

Yelda Aktuna

She graduated from Lycée de Galatasaray in 1995 and Boğaziçi University (Business Administration) in 2000.
She started her career in Güzel Sanatlar Saatchi & Saatchi in 2000, where she held the positions of Strategic Planner, Strategic Planning Director, VP in charge of Strategic Planning and finally Managing Director respectively, serviced many blue-chip brands in hundreds of campaigns, and made her agency known for strategic excellence and campaign effectiveness.
She left the agency world in 2014 to explore other territories and became the General Manager of FutureBright Research, where she realized many research and brand positioning projects for many brands.

In 2015, she established her consultancy firm Ronin, to bring about a breath of fresh air into the industry and has since been servicing respected clients and agencies independently.

Giuseppe Maria Ardizzone is the Managing Director and Strategic Planner at Roncaglia Relationship Marketing, one of the most successful growing companies of the Gruppo Roncaglia, active on the CRM and Loyalty programs in Italy. The Group, born in 1977, put innovation and creativity as cornerstone of its strategy.

Giuseppe begun his professional career in advertising at McCann Erickson growing in media strategic development, data analysis, unconventional solutions. Then he gained experience as Marketing Director in WWF Italy, Roncaglia & Wijkander as Advertising Manager and Director in Weber Shandwick PR Rome office.

Today he designs brand multichannel projects based on storytelling and gamification experience managing also the Data Insight unit of the Roncaglia Group.

Pauline joined Ogilvy Paris in January 2008, as a Global Strategic Planner to consult on communication strategy around nutrition, health and wellness for Nestlé's Corporate Wellness Unit, as well as Nestlé Health Science. Other Food experience include Philadelphia, Mutti, and Nespresso. She has since then broadened her expertise beyond Nutrition and Food to encompass Beauty and Luxury, taking on global responsibilities for Unilever brand Dove Hair and brands from the Pierre Fabre Group (Klorane, Elancyl, Eau Thermale Avène). In 2015, she was appointed Head of Planning for the Branding & Advertising domain, and is now also strategic lead for the Ogilvy Health & Wellness practice in Paris.

A French native, Pauline started her global career on Philip Morris brands at Leo Burnett in Chicago, and has worked on international brands ever since, developing cross-cultural positioning and communications platforms across touch points. She came back to France in 1996, joining Lowe Paris as European Planning lead on major home care Unilever accounts as well as local clients like Air France or Société Générale. Right before joining Ogilvy, she was Head of Planning for three years at creative shop Quelle Belle Journée, driving global communications strategy for Clarins and Sephora.

Pauline graduated from The Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris in 1989 with a degree in politics, economics and social studies. She also holds a Master of Science in Advertising from Medill’s Integrated Marketing Communications Program at Northwestern University (Chicago, 1991).

Hélène Dusseaux

Born and raised a Parisian girl, Hélène started her P&G career in France. As she moved over the years, she mostly worked on the Beauty and Grooming brands that P&G has, with her main geographical expertise resting in Europe, North and South America and the Middle East. Hélène has also specialised in building the marketing capabilities of organisations, from individuals to 1000+ people. She currently leads the integrated advertising development for Pantene in Europe, and the one of Venus & Braun at the Global level.

After a successful career in P&G brand management, she followed her passion for advertising and brand building by joining P&G’s respected Brand Building & Integrated Communications department. BBIC is a team of communication experts within P&G who consult with agencies and P&G Brand Leaders on topics related to brand equity and advertising strategy and execution.

Hélène has proven experience in integrated advertising, with expertise in all media types (including digital, social, TV, print and in-store). She has a track record for championing ideas and creativity that builds brands and sales. Hélène also develops and delivers BBIC’s core advertising trainings. Through that, she plays an essential role in building the marketing skills of the P&G brand organisation.

Hélène believes in brands as forces that shape the world. And in advertising that “amplifies the inaudible whispers of the human soul.”

She currently lives near Geneva, Switzerland. If you don’t find her there with her children, you’ll find her somewhere up in the Alps.

James Endersby

Jeremy Hine

For the last 15 years he was with BMW Group, most recently as Vice President Retail Business Development BMW and MINI. Prior to that, he had been Vice President of Brand Communication at BMW Group, also holding the role of acting Senior Vice President BMW Marketing Worldwide. Overall, he was variously responsible for BMW, MINI and Rolls Royce brand and product strategy. As well as being the Product Manager responsible for the first SMART generation with Mercedes-Benz in Switzerland, during the 1990s he held product marketing and brand management roles among others with Audi AG.

Dasa Jurikova

Dáša Juríková has more than 15 years of experience in the field of marketing communication, PR strategy and brand management in the Slovak Republic. For 5 years, she served as Head of Corporate Communication at Union, insurance company (Achmea B.V.) and participated in the successful launch of the brand Union, health insurance company. The campaign “Everything for your health” won the Grand Prix at the Slovak creative competition Zlatý klinec (Golden nail). She then worked as brand manager at T-Mobile for 4 years. She managed marketing communication for 3 years and was responsible for the team of marketing communication and digital services consisting of roughly 40 people for the Telekom brand. She launched the “Life is for sharing” concept at T-Mobile, the rebranding of T-Mobile and T-Com, new positioning of Telekom as 4G leader(S4GAN /campaign with Peter Sagan), managed the brands Easy, Magio, Magio Pláž and introduced the new “folk” version of the mobile operator called “Juro”. Her campaigns won numerous efficiency and creativity awards home and abroad, including the Grand Prix at the Golden nail competition for “Messages”, the historically most highly prized campaign in Slovakia , the historically first Slovak “online” Effie – gold for the campaign Exoti (Weirdos). In 2016 she managed the international campaign for Sea Hero Quest which won 9 Cannes Lion awards and a golden Euro Effie (2017). In Slovak Telekom, she was also responsible for the development of the digital team, launch of the new web and transforming the online channel into an important distribution channel for sales and customer experience. In Post bank, she headed marketing communication and PR and was the one creating the new corporate identity (“speaking logo”), new brand and communication positioning of the bank and brand promotion on social media platforms.

From April 2018 she serves as Head of Brand Strategy and Development Division and manages marketing of the largest bank in Slovakia – Slovenská sporiteľňa (Erste Group). She is responsible for the development of the new brand and communication concept.

Dáša introduced her own e-card service under the name Penfriends in Slovakia. She is the president of the civic association People from marketing and last year she was chairing the jury for the Slovak Effie.

Today it is hard to believe that my step to marketing was an accident 15 years ago. There was a long way after that. A start and an 8 years journey at local company, sector leader, “Femina Bona” - cosmetics wholesales, trainings and a chain of beauty and spa centers. Innovators, standard changers, new era’s creators in a country. Perfect place for a woman to work with products you love and a chance to train yourself in a challenging surrounding. Passion for what I do helped to develop fast. After couple years I was leading marketing and communication team and together with ambitious people we can say - beauty sector was never the same after us :)

I moved to FMCG sector to fulfill my childhood dream to be a part of “Kraft foods” team. I took a lead of local chocolate brands portfolio at a most challenging time. A push from international brands, a fight for a focus inside (after “Milka” launch) and outside organization was not an easy war to win. In the end of the day I managed to stabilize business results and to keep very high brand health parameters.

And finally, when I thought there is no more intense you can have, telco came in to my life. I spend last 3 years in” Telia”- a biggest telecommunication company in a market. I am responsible for brands strategy (postpaid and prepaid) and communication. Team manages more than 25 ATL, and even more BTL campaigns per year. We work not for awards, but it is a pleasant side of our work. We are permanent winners of local efficiency and creativity awards each year. And this is not a low hanging fruits in such a tough market.

Emanuele Nenna

Emanuele Nenna is President of ASSOCOM, the main organization of Italian communication agencies, and Co-Founder & CEO of The Big Now, a multi-awarded Italian independent agency with offices in Milan (headquarter), Rome and Accra, Ghana/Central West Africa.

Emanuele is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry. After his debut in 1995 as a copywriter, he founded the first digital division of an Italian advertising agency (I-Team), and at 23 years old he established one of the first Italian web agencies (Quam).
Afterwards, he became CEO and partner of several international agencies (Tribal DDB, Rapp Collins and Red Cell/WPP Group), and in 2008 he and two other partners founded the first Italian neutral agency: Now Available.

Co-Founder of IF! Italians Festival, the first creativity and advertising festival in Italy promoted by ADCI and ASSOCOM, Emanuele is also author of the international book “Creative 4Cast: A New Solution for the Future of Advertising” (LID Publishing).

Nicolas Orsoni

Graduated from the Rouen Business school, Nicolas started working as a planner at Ogilvy&Mather Paris in 2007 and then joined Proximity BBDO in 2008.
For 5 years he was in charge of creating and implementing integrated strategies for global and local clients such as Mondelez, Panasonic and P&G.

In 2013, Nicolas moved to Saatchi&Saatchi Paris, first as a senior planner and then as the agency’s Head of Strategy. During this period, he was involved in the repositioning of the worldwide travel brand Club Med, in multiples Toyota France awarded campaigns and in the strategic monitoring of global brands such as VISA, HSBC and the Olympic Committee.

In 2015, Nicolas moved back to the BBDO group in Paris as Planning Director, working for leading companies such as Ubisoft,, Pernod-Ricard or Mercedes-Benz.

Two years after his comeback at BBDO, Nicolas was involved in 5 EFFIES winning campaign so far. His last notable campaign was the global relaunch of the leading musical game “Just Dance” in 2016, that became one of Ubisoft’s most effective brand restage and won a EURO EFFIE in 2017.

Jamie Peate
MWG Global Head of Retail Strategy at McCann World Group - United Kingdom


Jamie got his first taste of retailing helping out in his parent's shop near Blackpool. After university he joined Lever Brothers Sales and Marketing department and then went on to work on the Kwiksave and British Gas accounts at McCann.

He formed Blue Banana, his own insight and innovation agency, in 1991 and worked with brands like Persil, Dove, Cif, Flora, Clearblue, Marks and Spencer and Kelloggs both nationally and internationally.

In 2010 Blue Banana became part of McCann Manchester where Jamie is now Head of Retail Planning and part of the leadership team for the Aldi account. He also leads the Deep Global Retail Practice for McCann Worldgroup which supports promotes and shares best thinking, approaches and practice for retail globally.

Donald Pirie

Sam is Regional Managing Partner at UM in London where he runs a number of major international clients in the shape of Zurich, Fitbit, and Wimbledon. He’s a pioneering and passionate media strategist, client partner, and agency leader - consistently delivering awards winning creative communication solutions and driving true business value for clients. His varied experience in both UK and Global leadership roles across multiple sectors gives him a deep understanding of the broader communications industry. Particular areas of passion include the evolution of AV, media accountability, consumer behaviour trends, and the gloablization of communications.

Whilst running the Disney account globally Sam totally revolutionised the way they approached Owned, Earned, and Bought media planning. In his current role he has worked with Zurich to implement a comprehensive programme of content creation and amplification.

Outside of the office Sam is a sports fanatic. He played competitive club football for 20 years before changing focus to cycling, squash, and particularly golf (recently getting down to single figures). In the last few years he’s climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and completed both London to Paris and London to Devon bike rides. However the sporting side of things has been curtailed slightly by his two young children!

Sandrine Plasseraud is the Founder and CEO of We Are Social France.

After joining We Are Social, a socially-led creative agency at its creation in 2008 in London, Sandrine Plasseraud created We Are Social France in 2010.

Eight years later, We Are Social France has over 120 employees and accompanies brands such as Renault, BNP Paribas, Google, adidas, Hasbro, RATP and the AccorHotels Group. Gurdeep Puri

Before starting up The Effectiveness Partnership, Gurdeep and his co-founder Janey Bullivant both worked at Leo Burnett, where Janey was a Planning Director and Gurdeep was Head of Effectiveness. One of his primary responsibilities was to help embed effectiveness into the culture of the agency. He has worked across Leo Burnett’s businesses including Kellogg’s, Procter & Gamble, McDonald’s, Fiat, Heinz, Morgan Stanley, John West, Holiday Inn, Nintendo, Barclays and the COI.

He has personally won 5 IPA Effectiveness Awards (including double Gold in 2006), and 11 European Effectiveness Awards, including 3 Golds. The Effectiveness Partnership has helped its clients win over 25 Effectiveness Awards globally. He has worked with industry pioneers such as the late Dr. Simon Broadbent, and is a former member of the IPA Value of Advertising Group and IPA ROMI committee. He also runs workshops at the IPA, APG and the EACA on Effectiveness Strategy and Econometrics. He was part of the pioneering IPA Data Bank analytics group and was also involved in leading the IPA VAG Industry Effectiveness research project. Gurdeep is an international speaker on the topics of Communications Effectiveness and has represented the UK and European industry at conferences globally.

Gurdeep is a qualified econometrician and previous to his career in marketing he worked in research and the financial markets.

She won 3 statuette of the prestigious Effie competition in the past for the effectiveness of the advertising campaign, also a juror in Effie competition actively cooperating with marketing community in SAR. She also won the grand prix in the competition for Marketing Director of the Year organized by Mediarun.

Achim Rietze

Achim Rietze is Strategy Lead at the ZOO EMEA - Google’s creative think tank for brands and agencies - a team of highly experienced strategists, creatives and technologists, whose passion is to help define the future of marketing in a digital world.

The ZOO collaborates with brands and agencies to use Google’s technology and platforms in new, exciting and unexpected ways. And is present in 16 Google offices around the world.

In 2001, Achim started his career at the global agency network Y&R, before joining Jung von Matt in 2006 for four years. According to the Big One the "Most-awarded creative agency across all media and the world“ in 2007. Later he founded his own strategy unit and was member of board at LLR, a Jung von Matt spin-off, that directly won 9 Lions at Cannes in the first year and became "Newcomer Agency of the Year 2009" in Germany. In 2015 he arrived at Google.

Throughout his career Achim worked on global clients like Mercedes-Benz, Unilever, Philip Morris, Panasonic and Subway. Exploiting the full potential of today's ecosystem for brands.

The 41-year old strategist is engaged at the APG Germany for 10 years and represented the interests of the planning community as member of board in 2013. He has a trackrecord of 27 effectiveness award wins and is a member of juries like the AME at New York Festivals.

Tiina Salzberg

Born in Finland and raised in the Unites States, Tiina has joined 180 Kingsday in summer 2017 to run the strategy group. Tiina therefore leads all the consumer agency’s strategic output, including a team which houses data analytics, communications planning, content innovation, brand planning and the agency’s strategic brand consultancy division, 180 Thinking.

Tiina was previously Global Media Director at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, where she was responsible for the media, digital and social strategy for powerbrands such as Jacobs, L’Or, Kenco and Tassimo. Prior to this, Tiina spent four years with Mondelez International in Zurich where she led global brand strategy and subsequently global brand equity for the coffee business. Ricardo Wolff

Born and raised in Brazil, Ricardo started his career in Germany in 2007 at DDB Berlin. Working for clients such as Volkswagen and Ikea, he won a series of Cannes Lions as well as D&AD and One Show pencils, bringing DDB to the top of the national ranking in 2009.

The following year he joined AlmapBBDO and helped the shop conquer two consecutive Agency of the Year titles at the Cannes Lions. During this time he developed fully integrated campaigns for Audi, HP, Gol Airlines, Volkswagen and Billboard Magazine.
From 2013 to 2017, Wolff worked as Creative Director for BBDO and DDB Berlin. During this time he led international campaigns for Smart and Volkswagen, respectively.
Wolff joined INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe as ECD in January 2018 with the ultimate goal to raise the creative benchmark of both Kia and Hyundai brands.
