Alexander Schlaubitz

Alexander Schlaubitz (51) took up his role as Vice President Marketing at Lufthansa Passenger Airlines in Frankfurt in January 2013. In this position, he is responsible for the airlines’ entire marketing activities. Besides advertising and brand management, this includes direct marketing and marketing analysis, all digital marketing activities and the publication of the LH Magazines.

Most recently, Schlaubitz worked for Facebook as Director of Customer Marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

After graduating in business studies from the University of Missouri, USA, Schlaubitz gained his first, professional experience at a number of marketing companies in the USA.
In 2001, he moved to the global advertising agency Leo Burnett and in 2003 to the communications agency Change Communications. His responsibilities there included the strategic planning for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Adecco, Campari and Nokia.

Stefano Capraro

Stefano Capraro, born in 1971 and living in Turin since 1982, is founder and CEO of Ideal Comunicazione, a multi-awarded Italian independent agency based in Turin.

In 1995, he enrolled in a Special Force Unit of the Italian Army, where he served for two years, undertaking an extremely formative as much as hard personal path. In 1997 he founded his communication agency and has now 20 years of experience in the field of advertising.

Scott Choi is President & CEO of INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe (Regional Headquarter), leading a team of 275 across its offices in Frankfurt am Main, Berlin, London, Paris, Madrid, Milan, Prague, Moscow and Istanbul. He joined this position in January 2017, with the objective of revitalizing INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe by strengthening its position as a digitally-integrated marketing solutions provider.
A founding member of INNOCEAN when the agency was set up in Korea in 2005, Scott brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, including more than 10 years in international executive appointments. Scott founded INNOCEAN’s first office abroad in New Delhi, India, where he also served as CEO. He was later transferred to Spain to lead the Agency’s office in Madrid. Before joining INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe, Scott had led INNOCEAN’s Campaign Division for the Kia brands at INNOCEAN’s Global Headquarters in Seoul.

Anu Igoni was born in 1968. She started her career in advertising and marketing in the beginning of the 90`s in the biggest agency of Finland at the time, Sek&Grey.

Since then, she has been working as an art director and senior creative in the major Finnish advertising agencies.

In 1992, she started up a new company Bob Helsinki, with her colleagues. Later on Bob Helsinki was merged into a digital agency Robot Helsinki, forming a new company called Bob the Robot. Anu is currently working there as a creative director and partner.

Richard Robinson

Joachim graduated in Economics at ULB and holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Communications from the Solvay Business School.

After starting his career at Bongrain Benelux in 1998 as a Junior Brand Manager, and after his third cycle at Solvay, he joined Danone Belgium in 2001 where he performed various marketing functions and contributed to innovating the brand.

In 2004, he became a Marketing Manager at Danone Hungary for the entire Yogurt portfolio. This experience allowed him to discover a new culture, reorganize the brand portfolio and the overall brand strategy.

In 2008, he returned to Belgium where he took up the position of a Marketing Director at Bel Belgique where he worked with great effort on positioning and developing the brand identity. He also ensured the relaunch of the Boursin brand after the acquisition of Unilever.

Since 2011, Joachim serves as a Vice President of Marketing and Store Concept at Delhaize. In addition to being responsible for marketing and customer strategy for all formats of Delhaize Belgium, leading the positioning, activation, CRM, sponsoring, and digital activity, he is also in charge of defining the store concept and shopping experience strategy. The role enabled him to broaden his knowledge and marketing expertise.

In 2013, he was awarded the Marketeer of the Year Award by Trends Tendanse and Stima for the repositioning of the Delhaize brand.

Vincent Saccomanno

Vincent Saccomanno is a digital performance expert with more than 19 years in the marketing and advertising industries.

Vincent began his career in Orange Group, managing some major projects of product marketing and digital innovation. Since 2006, Vincent has worked for several digital agencies including a major performance-driven media buying agency.

As CEO of the multi-awarded digital independant agency, DAGOBERT, he’s promoting a new vision of Brand+Digital advertising for a large panel of international brands (Orange, Danone, JC Decaux, Lapeyre, Shiseido, L’Oréal…).

Vincent lives in the middle of the forest, near Paris and is passionate of trail running. He is married and mad about his two adorable children.

Nuno Salvaterra
Executive Creative Director at Publicis One, Lisbon - Portugal


Graduated in Graphic Design and Communication (IADE) in 2002 and started as a graphic designer in 1998, at the FazLetra Agency, where he worked with clients like Volkswagen, Mercedes and Siemens. In 2001 he joined MrNet-Design&Technology (currently FULL IT) as Creative Supervisor working with clients like FNAC, TAP (Portugal’s national airline), RTP and SIC (), and it was in 2005 that he went off on his own and opened his own agency.

He founded Pkage Design as Creative Director, working on accounts like PUMA, FOX, Chupa-Chups and MTV. Five years after, he received an invitation from Leo Burnett (Portugal) to be their Creative Director of Design and currently works on accounts such as Unilever, Philip Morris, Samsung, Fiat, Bank Atlantico, to mention a few.

In 2014 he took on the title of Head of Art and Creative Director of Design at Leo Burnett (Portugal). Currently he is Executive Creative Director at Publicis One Group (Leo Burnett, Arcww, Publicis).

Lars Samuelsen
Chief Strategy Officer & Head of Digital at Grey Nordics - Denmark


Established the first communications planning department in the Nordics at MEC. In the following four years he grow the department to 10 people effectively becoming the largest communications planning entity in the Nordics.

In 2009 he was asked to join UncleGrey as Managing Director. In this role he helped the agency win several Cannes Lions, Eurobest gold and other prestigious awards. In 2010 UncleGrey was selected Creative Agency of the Year in Denmark.

In 2011 the agency was merged with Grey Copenhagen and he took on the role as Chief Strategic Officer as well as Head of Digital. In that role he has been part of teams that have won international recognition by winning both gold and silver Cannes Lions as well as D&AD Yellow Pencil and European Effie gold and silver. Furthermore the agency was named Digital Agency of the Year in Denmark in 2012, 2014 and 2016.

In 2012 he was asked to join the Grey EMEA team as Digital Strategic Director working across the region to establish a more digitally oriented network and helping to emphasize a creative and innovative use of technology as part of every aspect of our business.

In 2013 he completed his MBA thesis at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership with a focus on establishing more innovative and dynamic ways to work with creativity.

In 2014 the agency won both an IPA gold and an IPA special price for best multi-market campaign, making the work the single piece of work that was most highly evaluated by the IPA. Furthermore the year has two silver Cannes Lions and three Bronze all in digital and mobile categories. In the same year he took on the role as Grey EMEA Strategy Lead.

Alice Schaffer
Group Planning Director at J Walter Thompson - United Kingdom


With over twenty years planning experience, Alice has worked across a wide variety of sectors including FMCG, OTC, retail, alcohol, financial services, travel and government.

Currently heading up the planning for Johnson & Johnson at J Walter Thompson London, Alice began her career at the other home of planning, BMP DDB, where she spent five years learning the strategy ropes on brands as diverse as Lego, Strepsils and the Central Office of Information.

Alice joined J Walter Thompson in 2014 from Havas where she had been responsible for planning on a broad range of clients from The Co-op to Reckitt Benckiser, Kraft and Alberto VO5. Prior to Havas, Alice was the strategic lead for Hellmann’s, Ambrosia and the Teacher Training Agency at DLKW.

Alice has a first class degree in Mathematical Economics and a passion for the visual arts.

Nuria Serrano
Head of Planning at VCCP - Spain


Nuria is currently Head of Planning at VCCP Madrid and Chair of the Account Planning Association (APG) Spanish Board. She is a hard-core planner who has worked in the past for global agencies such as Publicis, JWT and BBDO. Her experience ranges across a wide span of brands and industries throughout Europe for brands such as Suzuki, Liberty Insurance, Cadbury's, Freixenet and Pfizer. She also worked for several years as a Hispanic Market planner in sunny Los Angeles.

As Chair of the APG Spain she aims to increase the value of planning at a time when it is absolutely relevant to provide creative and effective strategies. It is a new and changing world out there and these are exciting times to be a planner and offer new, different points of view.

Nuria studied Psychology and has a PhD in Communications. She is currently involved in academic research in the field of Cognitive Neuroscience applied to advertising, being a regular lecturer at the University of Barcelona Blanquerna-Ramon Llull and University Pompeu Fabra, having presented her work at congresses like ESOMAR.

In the past 5 years, she has judged at the main creative and effectiveness awards in Spain (Premios a la Eficacia, Festival El Sol, Club de Creativos, IAB).

Naomi Troni
Global Chief Growth Officer at MullenLowe Group - United Kingdom


Naomi joined MullenLowe Group in 2014 as Global Chief Growth Officer responsible for global marketing, communications and business development.

In 2016, she led the global rebranding of the MullenLowe Group network following the merger of Mullen with Lowe and Partners. The merger rebranding was awarded a Cannes Lion in 2016 and led to the network being named to the AdAge 2017 Agency Standout Awards List.

She joined the MullenLowe Group from Havas where she spent time in key roles across Europe, the USA and Asia. She served as CEO, Havas Worldwide Southeast Asia, based in Singapore and overseeing operations in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. Prior to her time in Asia, Naomi served as Global CMO of Havas Worldwide, based in New York, where she also led the global rebranding of the Euro RSCG Worldwide network and its agencies as Havas Worldwide.

Naomi has worked across a range of categories and blue chip clients including Coca-Cola, Nestle, LG Electronics, News International, Credit Suisse, Dulux, Uniqlo and H&M. Naomi is a frequent blogger on The Huffington Post,, and other sites, and has served as a judge for numerous advertising awards, including Cannes, Spikes Asia, Cristal Festival and the EFFIES. In 2011, she won the Best Executive award at the Stevie Awards for Women in Business and in 2013 was named in Campaign Asia’s ‘Top 40 Under 40 Faces To Watch’.

Naomi started her career at McCann Erickson, graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Biology, and now lives in London with her two miniature dachshunds.
