Procedure
To enter your campaign:

Click on the button “Register here!”. You must register before filling out an entry form. |

Enter the required information, then press "Submit". You will automatically be sent a login and password to access your online profile. |

Enter the login & password in the appropriate boxes in the top right corner of the Euro Effies' home page or use the link you will receive in the email notifying you of your login and password. |

Enter the basic information about the campaign and pay the entry fee. You will be notified by email that we have received your payment and that you can access your online entry form. Your entry is not valid until we receive confirmation of your payment. If no payment has been received by 27th April 2012, your entry will be disqualified. |

Complete your online entry form (we only accept online entries) including the Evidence of Results. NB: evidence of results is limited to 10 slides maximum. Please note that this requirement also applies to the overall PPT document you can submit as the evidence of results. The data must be sourced and referenced for each objective you have stated. Make sure you provide a supporting introduction, story and conclusion to prove effectiveness clearly. The EACA Euro Effies is an agency-blind competition. Therefore, agency names should not be cited in the entry form, evidence of results or any other materials that will be seen by judges. |

Fill in the agency and client credits. These must be 100% accurate as they cannot be changed once submitted. |

All entries must be submitted electronically using the official EACA Euro Effies 2012 online entry form.

Payment
The entry fee for each campaign is € 965.00 for EACA members and € 1.495 for the non-EACA members. (including charges but excluding VAT where applicable).
A late entry fee of €195 (including charges but excluding VAT where applicable) will automatically be added to your invoice if you submit your entry after 15h00 CET (GMT +1) on Friday 27th April, 2012.
Late entries are allowed by prior arrangement till tuesday 8th May 2012 but must be requested in writing to effie@eaca.be by 27th April 2012. Failure to do so will result in disqualification of the case(s).
EACA membership is defined as any agency which is a direct member of one of EACA`s five councils or a member of one of EACA`s national associations or integrated marketing communications associations.
All EACA`s members and member associations are listed on EACA's website.
The entry fee excludes VAT where applicable but includes charges and the production of the two trophies if the campaign wins gold, silver or bronze award.
The fee is non-refundable once the entry is submitted.
