Christopher Brosius
Marketing Manager France-Benelux at Sofidel - France

Segment, target, position : these 3 fundamentals of Marketing are the base of an infinity of strategies to create some value on competitive markets. Creativity is a key factor. Bringing the idea to life with an advertising campaign, out of home or digital activities, is also a challenge : it has to erase the Marketing which hides behind to let appear only the brand values and the promise.

I’m a Marketing expert for FMCG Brands for 19 years. I know particularly the food market (dairy products) and hygiene market (paper for home and personal care). I appreciate great Marketing challenges such as rebranding or global repositioning which are my specific skills. I’m also particularly committed to develop creative campaigns, especially when they contribute to the success of my Brands.

These last years, I’ve participated to different Effie Awards in France and I had the honor to be rewarded with a golden Effie Award in my product category. So, today, I’m glad to take part to the jury of this Euro Effie Awards 2018 edition and I’m looking forward to figure out the details of great Marketing campaigns.

When not obsessed with a project, he enjoys watching some fine NBA basketball or lining up for limited sneaker releases.

After graduating from OgilvyOne WorldWide Athens and fiddling with the local tech scene, he took up the challenge of joining one of the most promising and innovative startups of the SaaS universe (Workable), where he contributed in growing the company to more than 1,000 active customers and establishing it as one of the top HR solutions out there. Next up was Interweave, and the formulation of the global digital campaign for Metaxa (Remy Cointreau Group) that earned the boutique agency Lovie Awards and a Webby shortlist; among others.

Jurate Kazlauskaite
Brand & Campaigns Manager at TELIA LIETUVA - Lithuania

Today it is hard to believe that my step to marketing was an accident 15 years ago. There was a long way after that. A start and an 8 years journey at local company, sector leader, “Femina Bona” - cosmetics wholesales, trainings and a chain of beauty and spa centers. Innovators, standard changers, new era’s creators in a country. Perfect place for a woman to work with products you love and a chance to train yourself in a challenging surrounding. Passion for what I do helped to develop fast. After couple years I was leading marketing and communication team and together with ambitious people we can say - beauty sector was never the same after us :)

I moved to FMCG sector to fulfill my childhood dream to be a part of “Kraft foods” team. I took a lead of local chocolate brands portfolio at a most challenging time. A push from international brands, a fight for a focus inside (after “Milka” launch) and outside organization was not an easy war to win. In the end of the day I managed to stabilize business results and to keep very high brand health parameters.

And finally, when I thought there is no more intense you can have, telco came in to my life. I spend last 3 years in” Telia”- a biggest telecommunication company in a market. I am responsible for brands strategy (postpaid and prepaid) and communication. Team manages more than 25 ATL, and even more BTL campaigns per year. We work not for awards, but it is a pleasant side of our work. We are permanent winners of local efficiency and creativity awards each year. And this is not a low hanging fruits in such a tough market.
